These luxury apartments offer free Wi-Fi and great views over Santa Maria del Mar Church. Centrally located in Barcelona’s trendy Born district, they are within a 15-minute walk of La Rambla and Barceloneta Beach. BarcelonaForRent Borne Deluxe apartments are air-conditioned and heated. They have a direct access key-operated lift and a balcony or terrace. The spacious living room has a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, CD and DVD player. The penthouse apartments feature a rooftop terrace with views of the church. Each apartment has 1 or 2 bedrooms; a main double bedroom and another bedroom with 2 single beds or bunk beds. There are 1 or 2 bathrooms with a bath tub or shower and hairdryer. The kitchenette includes a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and coffee maker. A laundry, dry cleaning and ironing service is available. You can request an airport shuttle service for an extra charge. The Picasso Museum is a 2-minute walk away.

Please note that the following mandatory final cleaning fees are not included in the room rate and are payable directly at the apartments:

Luxury Two-Bedroom Apartment (1-4): EUR 115
Deluxe Two-Bedroom Apartment (1-6): EUR 115
Two-Bedroom Penthouse Apartment (1-8): EUR 115
Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment (1-5): EUR 115

On arrival, guests are kindly requested to pay the balance and a damages deposit of EUR 300. The deposit must be paid with a credit card incurring a supplement charge of 1%. It will be returned in full to your credit card, after review of apartment and assuming no damages or losses.

Please note when paying the balance by credit card, there is a charge of:
2% when using Visa or MasterCard
3.5% when using American Express.

In the exceptional case the deposit has been paid in cash, and after review of the apartment, guests will be asked to collect their deposit from the main office between 10.00 and 18.00, Monday to Friday. A bank transfer will be arranged in the event of departure at the weekend or on a public holiday (there will be an additional charge of between EUR 3 and 8 for this).
