Important Information

Please let BarcelonaForRent Luxury Central Suites know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.

A refundable deposit of EUR 400 must be paid on arrival and by credit card.

In the exceptional case the deposit has been paid in cash, and after review of the apartment, guests will be asked to collect their deposit from the main office between 10.00 and 18.00, Monday to Friday. A bank transfer will be arranged in the event of departure at the weekend or on a public holiday (there will be an additional charge of between EUR 3 and 8 for this).

Please note that late arrivals are subject to a surcharge:
After 21:00: EUR 30
After 01:00: EUR 50

Please note that the following mandatory final cleaning fees are not included in the room rate and are payable directly at the apartments:

For apartments of 1-4 Adults : EUR 85
For apartments of 1-6 Adults: EUR 95
