There are a total of 20 apartments in 2 different buildings. One building is on Pescatería and the other is situated on Passeig del Born (Rec, 38). This last one does not have a lift.

The property has an automatic check-in system. Upon arrival at the airport, all guests must call the mobile phone number provided on the Booking Confirmation in order to receive check-in instructions.

Check-in is available from 14:00.

For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a free change of sheets and towels in the middle of the stay. Additional changes of linen and cleaning services can be arranged for a surcharge.

Please note that the property requires a valid credit card as a security deposit in case of breakages. If you do not have a credit card, then there is a refundable deposit of EUR 150, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
