The apartments have 2 bedrooms, one main room with en suite bathroom and the other with 2 single beds, a complete bathroom, lounge dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a fully-equipped kitchen. From the large and sunny terrace you can enjoy the excellent views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartments include a weekly bed linen and towel change.
Use of the safe and garage (depending on availability) is not included.

Area Information

The nearest beach, Cala de Finestrat is 100 metres from here.
In the outskirts you can find a variety of bars and restaurants and La Marina shopping centre is nearby, which houses boutiques, children’s entertainment centres and 8 cinema screens.
A visit to the theme park Terra Mítica is an absolute must.

Important Information

When you enter the apartments you must pay a deposit of EUR 100 to cover any possible damages during your stay. The deposit is returnable upon your departure, once the condition of the apartments has been checked and everything is in order.

The keys of the apartment must be collected at the office located at the Folies Vacances Atmella Mar Avenue 20, Local 7.
If you arrive outside our office hours, the keys will be handed out at the reception of a hotel near Folies Vacances.

To collect the keys the full amount of rent and the security deposit have to be paid in advance.

The hotel does not accept American Express as method of payment.
